We cut it here.
We grill it here.

Kebab Station is a butchery first and a restaurant second — an odd thing to admit until you taste the difference. Whole cuts are broken down in-house, seasoned by hand, and set over charcoal a few metres from your table.

Our own butchery

Whole cuts broken down in-house. Nothing arrives pre-portioned.

II
A kitchen behind glass

Every grill, board and surface visible from the dining room. On purpose.

III
Nine until midnight

Doors open for Turkish breakfast; the coals stay lit until twelve.

“We liked the glass walled kitchen and the fact that you could see how clean it is… We finished with Ali's recommendation of the cheesecake, which is possibly the best sweet I have ever eaten.”
